All sales are final.

Every Focus Up drop is made in limited quantities, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t give refunds for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check sizes and product details before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, email us at support@focusupapparel.org with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
